Reno

Reno is an all business, all grit kind of gelding who is ready for a career. He is a solid, shapey six year old red roan by Jess Eye that spent the summer up in Wyoming doing all the ranch jobs and has been on the road a bit helping to sort bucking horses and stock. With our rodeo schedule being decimated this year we just haven’t been able to integrate him into our program in the way that we like to do to prepare him for the winter run, so he’s up for grabs! We’d love to see him go where he can be used and continue his development as he has the makings to really be a nice one.

He can be a little watchy on the ground, primarily when he’s tied, and goosey from time to time but it’s easy to manage and all bluff. He’s been put into some hairy situations and had some fresh, cool early mornings to go to work and has showed no desire to buck or pitch a fit. He’s just a gritty, young gelding in his prime that is ready to go to work and have someone make a high dollar finished horse out of him in the end. Grab him now and do just that!
